Into the Vaderverse

Summary:

Waiting for Luke above Endor, Vader thinks that all is lost. His son will come to face Palpatine, and either Vader or Luke will die. His dreams for his family are dead.

But then an intruder - a Jedi intruder - barges onto the Executor only to disappear without a trace. And Darth Vader is led on a chase through multiple universes, presented with many scenarios. What he could have had. What might have been even worse. And what he can still change - if he takes the chance.

My first fan comic!

I can finally post this! I wrote the script for this comic a year ago, in August 2023, after I'd seen Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse twice in cinema and started thinking in comics because I'd been rereading the Aphra comics to write Gravediggers. It was partly inspired by an ask I received years ago about two Vaders twitching places in alternate dimensions. I'm usually not a fan of multiverse stories but the Spider-verse films changed my mind about it, and I had a lot of fun with this. And I love SilverredDaye's The Tinies and OonaLuna's Our New Hope so I wanted to experiment with a comic.

This will not update frequently. I am a slow artist. But I was really excited this June to finally have the chance to draw this - I was gonna give up, but I loved the plot too much, so here we are.
