Gfan97Himiko survives the war and takes Ochako's place.
To me the most interesting bit was Izuku being alarmed about how Himiko talked about herself, because Ochako wouldn't say that about someone else, but Himiko does hate herself that much.
At least, this Himiko does. Canon Himiko took what people said about her and turned it into spite, externalizing it. She wanted to live in a world that had space for her, and this world doesn't, so she was helping remake it. Even if we shove Himiko's characterization towards that of an actual teenage girl, this isn't what it would look like.
