“Wait… You'll be gone for two weeks!?” Timmy exclaimed feeling outraged as his parents stood there with their suitcases.
“Sorry honey, but we have to go, your dad has a very important business trip and we can't afford to take you with us.” Timmy's mom explained apologetically.
“B-but who's going to take care of me!? Vicky is in jail, she can't babysit me.” Timmy pointed out, he thought that now that Vicky was in jail his parents would be forced to be there for him.
“Well, we were going to just trust you to be on your own but then we found a flyer for some babysitters that would do it for us cheap!” Timmy's dad exclaimed, excited with how cheap their babysitting service they found is.
“Babysitters?” Timmy questioned, scared, he hadn't had the best track record with babysitters and now they'll be two of them bossing him around and potentially making his life miserable? And how was he supposed to talk to his fairies when there were now going to be two of them!? And the fact that they were offering their services for cheap did not sound promising.
“Yeah we actually already had a call with them, they promised to love you as their own so you should be in good hands. They should actually be here any minute.” Timmy's dad says as he looks at the door expectantly
Timmy sighed and waited for his two new tormenters to show up, fake pleasantries with his parents and show their true colors when his parents left.
The doorbell rang and Timmy's dad opened the door excitedly to greet them, and was greeted to the voices of very familiar voices
“Hello! I'm Cosmo!”
“and I'm Wanda!”
Timmy looked up to see his fairies in their human disguise greeting his parents with the silly intro they greeted him with when he first met then albeit less magic.
“And we'll be your son's… FUN NEW BABYSITTERS!!!” they shouted as they did some jazz hands.
Timmy's parents clapped at their display before picking up their suitcases again.
“It seems like you're in good hands, son. Well… See you in two weeks!” Timmy's dad says as he walks out the door.
“Bye Timmy! We love you!” Timmy's mom shouted as she followed her husband.
“This is great guys… But why are you choosing to become my babysitters?” he asked.
“Well, it was Cosmo's idea actually. You know how fairies leave when their godkids no longer need them and forget all about them?” Wanda asks
Timmy nods
“Well this way, you can still remember us, not as your fairies but as your babysitters! Sure, you'll forget all the magic but you will still have us and we'll be able to visit you.”
Timmy nodded, he didn't really care about the magic, he was just excited he'll be able to remember his godparents in some form. “Cosmo came up with that idea?” Timmy asked shocked, Cosmo wasn't known for having ideas especially good ones.
“Yup! Cosmo came up with the idea and with Vicky in jail, we thought now would be the best time to enact the idea.
“Wow this is great! I can't believe it! I'll be able to remember you, maybe not all of you but still… And I'll be able to remember Poof too! As my babysitters son!”
Wanda and Cosmo nod along.
“C'mon let's make some more memories as your new babysitters.” Wanda says as Cosmo and her entered the house.
Timmy nodded, excited for once to have a babysitter. He couldn't believe he was saying this but he couldn't wait for his parents to leave him with a babysitter again!
