    The suitors plague the halls of Telemachus’ home, relentlessly causing chaos and destruction wherever they tread, and the Prince should despise them for it. And oh does he loath their presence. He misses being able to walk with his mother through the garden, now barely ever seeing her. It reminds him too much of the longing he feels for this figure, this idea that had been ripped from him before he could even plead to keep it.
    But when he stumbles upon a kind hearted man, one of them, in the gardens, Telemachus can’t help his hate twisting into an emotion more like him.

    Or, Telemachus and one of the suitors, Amphinomus, fall in love while they’re freeloading during Odysseus’ absence.
