sonic 3 short
Sonic layed on the ground. Everything hurt and his world around him looked dark. He couldn't moove his arm. He was stuck. He felt so much pain. Something was broken he defenetly knew that. But there was also blood. He could see it around him. On the dark ground beneath him.
”Sonic! ” A familiar voice shouted. He recognised it immediately as his buddy Tails. A friend that always cared for him. A friend that made sure he was never alone again.
”Sonic sonic is here he is hurt!” He yelled yet again. His voice closer this time. Sonic heard more footsteps approach.
”Omg sonic are you alright?” Maddie asked. ”Sonic! Stay with us you got this!” Tom shouted.
”Sonic!” A voice low and filled with force. A warrior. A tough but worried warrior. It was Knuckles.
Everybody was worried. Sonic wasent alone. His eyes lifted once again and he could see everybody standing around him.
Tails grabbing his hand. ”Hi sonic! You where so brave.” Sonic tried to smile. ”Tom you hold him still while i get the bandages!” Maddie said.
Sonic felt bandages around his open wound. On his side of his stomech. It hurt and he grunted in pain.
”Why did he do this? Who could do such a thing?”
Sonic closed his eyes again resting knowing that he was surrounded by the ones he loved the most. His family. He wasn't dying. He still had to stop Shadow at all costs.
He wasn't finished with him and Shadow was not finished with him. This was not their final battle. He opened his eyes again. Between the hands taking care of him. On a hill just barely visible. He could see the black hedgehog.
Staring at him. He saw what was looking like intense sorror and anger in his eyes. Something he hasent seen before. As he has always seen anger. But now there was something more.
A sense of longing that Sonic knew all too well. A sense of longing for family friends somebody to love you. Sonic had always felt the same way when he was in the cave. He would stare at couples walking in the park. Kids playing in the playground. Familys getting icecream together. He knew that feeling of longing all to well. He knew what Shadow felt. Shadow isent just an evil monster. He misses somebody. He wants people in his life that love him. Just like Sonic once did.
Sonic closed his eyes yet again. Opened them. The black hedgehog was gone.
