Blades didn't know what was happening, one moment he was fast asleep in his berth, snuggled into the blanket and dreaming about cuddling with Heatwave, when all of a sudden a thick fog suddenly surround him and Heatwave disappeared, leaving him alone in the thick fog "hello, anyone there, Heatwave, Chase, Boulder...Dani...Cody?" Blade called out feeling scared as he walked through the fog. Then he heard the sound of a waterfall "a waterfall?" Blades said following the sound
Then he heard a splash and looked down to see he stepped into water that reached up to his ankles "huh?" Blades said looking at the water before following the sound, as the sound grew louder his pedes get stuck, he grunts as he tries to pull his pedes out but they were stuck tightly "I-I can't get out, please, anyone help!" Blades called out struggling to get out of the water, just as he was starting to panic he heard a ranch breaking and looks up "h-hello, Chase, Heatwave, Boulder, is that you?" Blades asked looking around. Then he noticed the fog was clearing up, when the fog cleared he saw that his surroundings were like a rainforest jungle Cody showed them in a book once, he looks in front of him and gasped at what he saw
In front of him standing in front of a big waterfall was a human girl almost the same age as Cody with an animal skin that wraps around her chest, and another one around her waist as skirt that reached down to her thighs, dirt allover her, long dark brown wavy hair in a high ponytail with feathers and beads blowing in the wind, a wooden tanned mask on top of her head, and mismatched eyes, her right eye a shimmering sapphire blue and her left eye a electric emerald green and looking directly at Blades. The two stare at one another, not once breaking eye contact 'what in the allspark?' Blades thought looking at her, but then the fog was returning covering the jungle and the girl as well "no, hey wait!" Blades called out reaching towards her but it was too late, the fog covered everything including himself

Blades optics flew open and he shot up with a gasp, looking around to see that he was in his berthroom and that the sun hadn't risen up yet, he looks around one more time before letting out a sigh 'thank the allspark, it was all just a dream' Blades thought laying back down on the berth, he felt something different and turn to see that Heatwave wasn't next to him, he was confused at first until he remembered that Heatwave was getting up early to patrol Griffon Rock, he let out another sigh as he touched the empty spot his bonded was already missing him as he drift off into a dreamless sleep

By the time the sun was up, everyone was up, though there wasn't anything going on so it was a relaxing day, Boulder was busy painting, Chase was reading a book about law enforcement, and Blades was also reading a book, though he was barely paying any attention to the book, his thoughts were about that dream he had last night. Chase looks up from his book and notice's Blades distraught look "is there something troubling you Blades?" Chase asked snapping the copter out of his thoughts "oh uh, I-it's nothing really, just this...really weird dream I had last night" Blades said closing the book "and what in the manner of speaking could this dream be?" Chase asked tilting his helm, Blades looked at the book as he placed it down "well, I couldn't see anything but this thick fog, I couldn't see anything in front of me until I heard a waterfall and followed the sound, but when I got there my pedes got stuck and I couldn't get them free, and then the fog started to clear up and...I saw this human, she looked like she was the same age as Cody and she was wearing animal skin like Ira, and she had these mismatched eyes" Blades said
Boulder perked up from that and looked at the copter "mismatched eyes, were they green and blue?" Boulder asked looking at Blades "yeah, why?" Blades asked confused, Boulder picked up his canvas he was working on "I had the same dream like that too, but instead of a waterfall she was standing on top of a cliff by the ocean" Boulder said showing his painting of the mysterious girl standing on top of a cliff a jungle behind her. Blades looked at the painting of the girl "Chase had the same dream of her too right?" Boulder said looking at his bondmate "well, now that the issue has been brought up, I too dreamed of the girl as well" Chase said rubbing under his chin
"You too?" Blades said surprised "yes, however she was not by a waterfall nor a cliff, but rather in the jungle, more so her eyes since she was hiding behind the green vegetation in the area, but our optics did meet, they hold such cautious yet curiosity as well" Chase said remembering the mismatched eyes staring at him "is it possible that Heatwave had the dream about her too?" Boulder asked looking at the two, just then the sound of an engine was heard and the firehouse doors opened as Heatwave enters, coming to a stop "Heatwave, how was your patrol?" Blades asked as Heatwave transforms "fine" Heatwave said walking past them and head towards the Wing Chun wooden dummy and began hitting it hard
Blades, Boulder, and Chase watches as their leader hits the dummy, grunting with every hit, an angry glare edge across his face 'Something happened, but what?' Blades thought standing up and going to his bondmate "um, Heatwave, is everything alright?" Blades asked as Heatwave hits the dummy "peachy" Heatwave said his voice laced with sarcasm "are you sure, be if there is something wrong you can-" but Blades stopped mid sentence when Heatwave punches the wooden win Chun dummy hard enough that a wooden leg breaks off "I said I'm fine!" Heatwave said breathing heavily as he glares at Blades
Blades looked at his bondmate in shocked at the firetrucks outburst, Heatwave blinks a few times calming down "sorry, it's just...I didn't get a good recharge last night" Heatwave said holding his head. Blades looked at his bondmate in worry along with Boulder and Chase "do you want to talk about it?" Blades asked taking the firetrucks hand "It's nothing, really" Heatwave said looking away "Cody says that talking about dreams help others understand what is going on, and that it isn't healthy to keep it in by yourself" Boulder said looking at his friend. Heatwave looks at his friends then to his bondmate, letting out a sigh "I'm not sure you guys can handle it" Heatwave said looking at them "quite the contrary, we have handle the most toughest rescue missions, we will most certainly handle a bad dream" Chase said looking at the firetruck
Heatwave looks at everyone "alright, but don't say I didn't warn you" Heatwave said letting a sigh "I was on top of a volcano, It wasn't active but I could still feel the heat coming from it, I could barely move, I felt tired, sick, and the air was thick with smoke, along with the stench of Tox En, I try to get off the volcano but I keep hearing this high pitch screech everywhere and then..." Heatwave stops himself "and then, what?" Boulder asked as Heatwave takes another deep breath "pain, something or someone shoots me from the back and through my chest and spark, I didn't have enough time to react to it as I fall down the volcano, but before I did, I saw this girl, she had this look of horror on her face as she reached out to me, before everything went dark" Heatwave said placing his head in his hand
Blades, Chase, and Boulder looks at their leader in shock at what they heard "and the scary part about it, I can still feel that pain in my spark" Heatwave said placing his hand that was now shaking where his spark was "that is..quite disturbing" Chase said gently holding his bondmate "yeah, it was" Heatwave said letting out a deep sigh, then Blades wrapped his arms around his bondmate as a jester of comfort "it's okay, what happened wasn't real and you're okay" Blades said hugging his bondmate. Heatwave hugs back feeling the fear he felt fade away "thanks" Heatwave said burying his face into Blades neck as his nerves start to calm down
