Summary
Bill is in Theraprism. With one last assessment to go, he’s all too ready to leave this pit. Unfortunately; he agreed too fast and the Axolotl sends him twenty-one years back in time as a human without his memories.
Bill Cipher (now named William Lucifer) grows up with two parents that tragically die in a house fire when he was young. Forced in the system; he never manages to stay at a foster for more than a week. When he hits 18; he makes a sudden move to Gravity Falls. William isnt sure why, only that he was drawn to it like a moth to flame.
Crashing with town crazy, Mcgucket, William eventually gets a job at the Mystery Shack. He works with Stan, Soos, and eventually Wendy two years before the Twins' fated arrival.
Bill Cipher will journey with the twins, forming connections that will face the test of time as Bill hits twenty on the very day Giden summoned him originally. With his fated birthday, Bill will remember the trillions of years prior to this short life.
