A post-canon story told in correspondence involving a misdirected love letter that Fletch had been commissioned to write for a fellow prisoner's wife being sent to Godber in error. Obviously a laughable mistake that there could be no confusion about, except that he had also absent-mindedly written "Dear Lennie" at the top of said letter.
