Ghost grunted. He should say thank you. He tried to say thank you. What came out of his mouth instead was, “Sorry for knocking you over.” Nailed it. 10/10.
“I could kill him, if you'd like,” Ghost quietly offered. The bright laugh that bubbled out of Soap made everything worth it. The twinkling blue eyes settled on him, and Ghost wanted to look nowhere else.
“Oh, Simon. Ye'd kill the world for me, wouldn't ye?”
Ghost hummed. “And you'd blow it all up for me, wouldn't you?”
