Chapter Text
──── You're crazy. ───── Were the only words that came out of the mouth of the vampire who maintained an annoyed look.
──── I know. ────── Silver responded calmly as he moved his fingers gently from side to side managing to form a soft and elegant dance in a conscious way, he was simply annoying the taller one, he could have already finished that torture a while ago, but somehow he liked to provoke the anger of the bloodsucker.
Peter simply looked at him annoyed, to finally growl and let Silver continue with his work.
Silver remained silent as he watched as that energy concentrated on his fingers, he began to gently run his fingers through the taller man's wounds, he didn't try to be gentle, but not too rough either, they were just calm movements managing to heal the taller man's wounds.
During this whole process, Peter remained silent admiring how Silver calmly healed his wounds without using anything but his magic, silence for many was a kind of sign of discomfort and annoyance, but this was not the case, silence for them was not something uncomfortable, in many cases it was even the only way for Silver to communicate. His eyes always had an expressionless and tired look, but on many occasions that look said more than a thousand words.
Finally that procedure ended, leaving only that uncomfortable silence and a fixed and expressionless look on Silver's part, a look which he kept fixed on Peter, who upon noticing this could do nothing but gently look away trying to get up without any success because of some kind of strange force that held him in place and with no way to leave.
───── Now you're going to tell me why your regeneration stopped and why you faced that person. ───── The wizard ordered, still with that expressionless look, but this time with a slightly authoritarian tone.
─────... This reunion is disgusting, you know? ───── Peter questioned with slight annoyance, still trying to move, but that energy kept him in place.
───── I know, answer my question now. ───── Josh ordered calmly, still without changing that expressionless look.
───── Why should I? ───── Peter questioned with a slight mockery in his voice, although it was extinguished by the sudden pain he felt, as if that energy had embedded itself in his body, such daggers.
───── Well, maybe that's why. I sometimes don't manage my energy well, maybe you could end up badly hurt if you continue being stubborn. ───── It was a lie, Silver already had perfect control of his magic, it was just that he wanted to force Peter to tell him, but the guy was so stubborn that sometimes a couple of pinches were necessary to make him see reason.
Peter only sighed heavily, resigning himself.
───── A hunter... Not just any hunter. He had special weapons, I didn't think he was that skilled. ───── The tall man with long jet black hair mentioned, obviously upset by how everything ended.
Silver just listened to him attentively in silence, he didn't need to say anything, his gaze alone was more than a sign to let him know that he had all his attention.
───── I haven't eaten... Since what happened, everything has been shit. I lost my damn humanity because of some morons. ────── Peter added with annoyance, but with melancholy in his tone of voice, he looked somewhat dejected even if he was doing everything he could to hide it.
Silver sighed softly, finally freeing him from those bonds made with his own energy. The wizard stood up and walked away, Peter just watched him leave and just sat on the bed letting out a sigh of frustration, although he calmed down when he saw Silver return, his mood seemed like a constant mountain of emotions, because again he looked angry, rather, surprised.
Silver carried a dagger in his hand and placed it on his wrist preparing to make a good cut, a deep and painful one to be able to feed his friend.
Although he was stopped by Peter's hand who prevented the dagger from asking to advance.
─────Are you crazy?! Don't do that! ────── The vampire exclaimed with annoyance, trying hard to keep the dagger from advancing.
Silver just looked at him still expressionless and began to laugh at that reaction from his friend.
───── Calm down, idiot. I'm just making a cut so you can feed. ────── The long curly-haired man clarified with a mocking smile. ────── Unless you want to drink it from my neck, pervert. ────── He joked with a smile full of satisfaction causing the bigger one to let go.
───── No... You don't even have to do this. You'll be exhausted afterwards. ────── Peter replied trying to convince Silver not to do it.
─────── I always am. ────── The thinner one answered again with that calm and expressionless tone. Peter looked at him in surprise and only admired how his friend brought his wrist closer to him, making it clear that he wanted him to bite.
The vampire was not sure, he did not feel that it was ethical to feed on his friend's blood... Although on the other hand, it hurt quite a bit, he needed a lot of strength and he really had not eaten for a long time, he took Silver's arm and placed his sharp fangs on the soft skin to unexpectedly bury those fangs and start to suck, already somewhat desperate due to the lack of food.
Silver only admired how his companion fed, only gently squeezing his eyes, enduring the pain.
After a while, the vampire finally satisfied his hunger and released his companion, he was already satisfied, but looking at him closely, he had looked very hungry, so he only sighed heavily looking at his friend.
───── I'm sorry, I promise to reward him. ───── Peter clarified in a calm tone, anyone would be happy after eating for a long time. He was doing his best to keep that happiness at bay.
Although the only response he got was a small laugh, not an exaggerated laugh, a quiet laugh, he stared at the warlock to finally see how he himself showed his already regenerating wrist.
───── That doesn't matter. The important thing is that we see each other again, Peter. ────── Silver replied, extending his hand to shake his friend's hand. Peter quickly caught on and shook his friend's hand.
There was still more to come from that reunion. It would definitely be hard to catch up.
