   Summary

It's narrated on a first person point of view, the Emperor's POV, to be more specific, and is a long, poetic-prose monologue.

   The idea is simple: Tav cannot sleep. The Emperor offers to help, and while he knows a magical sleep may be useful, he also knows it will only be a temporary relief. But he has another idea, which is helping Tav relax solely by the sound of his voice telling a story. Only problem... Tav... is prone to distractions?
