    OP Summary: Danny has a lot of issues and he's not afraid to admit it.

    Between the anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the fact that he was dead kinda made it obvious.

    But the current problem he was dealing with in Gotham was a mixture of pre-existing issues, new villains, and the added stress of potentially having a new family. Batman had offered him a home. A place to go, rest, and recover. He hadn't even known Danny long yet they had offered Danny a place despite what little they knew about him.

    But while Danny trusts them he doesn't trust himself not to hurt them. Not when his powers are constantly growing and changing, not when threats are right behind him every time he closes his eyes. His only real option is to distance himself and hope that it keeps them safe.

    Though the chill that seems foreign even to his ice core makes it harder and harder to stay away from the few things that provide warmth.
