Matthew has not been sleeping good lately and he was so tired.. He’s been by himself in Florida for what seems like years and he was so lonely. The only thing keeping his going was that he knew Leon was coming to see him in just a few days and he couldn’t be more excited. He was done being in his apartment alone and not being able to be little was starting to take a toll on him.
He knew Leon was getting in today and had been fighting being little since he woke up this morning, wanting to wait until Leon was with him and he could fully let go and be safe. It didn’t help that he was tired and the more tired he got that harder it was getting to fight the desire to be little. He was sitting on his couch, the corner of his thumb in his mouth but he wasn’t sucking his thumb, he really wasn’t, just chewing anxiously on the skin around his thumb. He was trying to not look at the time, knowing it would make him more anxious about Leon’s arrival. So when the door opened just jumped off the couch, turning towards the entrance. It was a few seconds before Leon entered the living room, bags dropping by his feet.
“Hey Matty baby.” Leon said, voice soft and gentle. Matthew didn’t say anything, just rushed towards Leon who seemed to be anticipating him and already had his arms open and ready. Matthew crashed into him, almost sending them both to the floor but Leon had planted his feet so they could stay upright.
“Hi daddy.” Matthew mumbled into Leon’s shoulder. He could already feel himself wanting to fall asleep, knowing he was safe in his daddy’s arms.
“Do you need a nap baby?” Leon knew that Matthew hasn’t been sleeping well and while it was barely lunch time he wanted to let Matthew sleep if he needed it.
“Sleepy.” Leon didn’t waste anytime, just scooped Matthew up and carried him towards his room. Matthew latched onto Leon, wrapping himself fully around him. Matthew hugged Leon, already starting to fall asleep with the warmth of Leon pressed against him.
“Let’s get you changed then we can got to sleep.” Leon laid Matthew on the bed, who was very reluctant to let go of Leon. Leon grabbed one of Matthew’s pacifiers from the bedside table to help soothe him. Leon quickly got Matthew’s clothes off and put a diaper and some pyjamas on him.
“Up daddy.” Matthew whined, wanting to be back in Leon’s arms. Leon couldn’t deny his baby anything and picked up the little up. Matthew wrapped himself around Leon again, resting his head on his shoulder. Leon gently swayed, helping the little fall asleep. It didn’t take long for Matthew to fall asleep, fully slumping against Leon. For a few minutes Leon continued rocking Matthew, wanting to make sure the little was fully asleep and wanting to get as many snuggles for his boy as he could. When Leon’s arms started getting too tired to continue to hold into Matthew he laid the little on the bed before crawling in after him, curling around his back to keep the little close to him.
