As the conversation followed a normal course, Hajime couldn't help but notice everything that was wrong with the man. Medical habits, perhaps. His obsession with diagnosing and controlling everything, too.
He couldn't help but glance quickly at his hands, at how he hid them under his thighs to disguise the tremors.
At the muscle spasms he had every now and then, which he covered with a nervous giggle.
At how he suddenly frowned, as if he had trouble focusing on the doctor despite having him half a meter away.
At how a couple of times he'd stopped looking at him, distracted by something he seemed to have seen behind him, although he knew there was nothing but the cold white wall of the room.All of Nagito was a red flag, a bomb waiting to be activated.
