Chapter Text
The bell at St. Miator's Academy rang and all of the students hustled out of the building one by one all catching up with their friends and whatnot. Nagisa comes out of the building, not looking for her friend, Tamao-chan, but looking for Shizuma.
It was the end of the school year for St. Miator's Academy and everyone was either staying there in the dorms or coming home to family. It was Summer.
The flowers were starting to bloom and the sun was starting to come out more from behind the big, puffy, white clouds. It was time for Summer!
Nagisa spotted Shizuma in the woods, behind her big, tall Oak Tree, the one she always stands behind, looking off into the distance. Nagisa runs into the woods, watching her steps so she doesn't trip and fall because she's so clumsy.
Shizuma spots Nagisa running towards her, careful to not trip and fall. Nagisa finally gets to Shizuma safely. "I was looking for you, Shizuma. Since it's the end of the school year..maybe we should..go off by ourselves and..spend the whole season to ourselves! if you want to..of course."
Shizuma smiles and looks at Nagisa, her cheeks forming a bright red. "I would love to, Nagisa-chan. But what about Tamao-chan?" Nagisa thinks about Tamao-chan. "I should go ask her if it's okay..ill be right back Shizuma!!"
Nagisa runs out of the woods and back into the school grounds, looking for Tamao-chan. "Tamao-chan!!!" Nagisa runs back into their building to look into her dorm room to see if Tamao-chan is still there. She runs inside and up the stairs, hoping nobody will catch her because she cannot get in trouble again.
Nagisa gets to her dorm room and knocks on it and opens it. Tamao-chan is there! "Tamao-chan! I finally found you.." Nagisa is panting and trying to catch her breath. "Oh, Nagisa-chan! Thank God you're back! I thought you left by now. Are you staying in the dorms for Summer break?" "Uhm..about that Tamao-chan..i was going to spend the Summer break with Shizuma..but if it's not okay we can spend it together!"
Tamao-chan still smiles and hugs Nagisa tightly, "It's okay Nagisa-chan! I understand. You can go spend the summer break with Shizuma. But make sure to bring me back some cookies if you're going to bake some! The cookies you bake are scrumptious, Nagisa-chan!"
"Tamao-chan..you're hugging me too tight.." Tamao-chan realizes and let's go of Nagisa-chan. "Oops! Sorry about that Nagisa-chan. You're just so cute all the time! I'll be sad to see you go but I need to keep practicing my poetry for the club!" Nagisa-chan smiles and nods her head in agreement. She waves off to Tamao-chan and leaves the dorm room and runs back downstairs and out the door back to Shizuma.
And so they begin their summer break together!
