Summary
When Dabi agreed to join to League, he made one thing abundantly clear, the other members leave his family alone. Thinking it an easy request, the League agreed.
They did not count on the fact Dabi's little brother's identity was never stated, or that he would be so damn friendly.

Ch1- Shoto helps Spinner find a cabin house and let him drive him and he talks about Dabi or Touya but Spinner didn't realize Shoto was Dabi's brother and Shoto said Dabi adopted him after Endeavor abused him.
Ch2- Dabi goes to pick up a drunk Shoto and Bakugou at a party with Spinner and apparently Izuku was already picked up. Dabi leaves them with Hawks who admits to Shoto that he used to act out to to get his parent's attentions and that he got addicted to drugs and that Dabi found out and helped him into rehab and he fell in love with Dabi ever since. Dabi gets home and ask where Shoto is and Hawks Keigo says he's asleep and to not bother him but Dabi checks on Shoto anyway and is relieved to see him okay and asleep.
