A lone blue flower, still connected to its stem, lies on the cold metal. Trinity glanced over at it and picked it up while her shopping partner looked through cans. It probably fell off a bouquet. When Yolanda looked back at her, Trinity tucked the flower behind her ear. She looked surprised, face expressionless, before giving a look that seemed impressed.
“On a role today, Romeo.”
“What do you mean? I’m always this smooth.”
