   Summary

   Calypso Rivera's life hasn't exactly been sunshine and rainbows. Bullied for being too masculine, stuck with a dad who's more emotionally absent than actually abusive, and dropping out of school way too early-let's just say things spiraled. Oh, and self-harm became a coping mechanism somewhere along the way. Not great.
   Then one night, while sneakily drinking behind a bar (because of course), Calypso meets someone unexpected. Instead of calling the cops, they just... talk. Like, really talk. Life stuff. Heavy stuff. Surprisingly deep stuff for a chance alleyway meetup.
   And from that weird, messy start? Well, something kind of beautiful starts to grow. But we'll get to that.
