   IMPORTANT NOTE:
   This fic is on permanent hiatus. If I do work on this again, I will be re-writing it and putting it up as a different fic, so... that's it for this one. It's like the first pancake. It didn't come out the way I wanted it to.

   Gregor Baxter had been dumped. His life sucked, his ex took all his friends, and he was miserably alone. Something needs to change. He could quit drinking and smoking... again. He could start taking care of himself for once and try to find something to live for. Maybe he could one day open his heart to someone else... eventually. Maybe. The one cute girl from the bookstore perhaps, if only he wasn't too scared to even ask her name.

   Luna Selene Eclipse, Fae Queen of Autumn had to get married. Or so her counsel kept telling her. She had no interest in any of the candidates and she held nothing but contempt for the political machinations of the courts of Fey. Her only respite from suffocating court life were secretive trips to the human realm and a certain boy in a bookstore. Unfortunately for Luna, her unwillingness to engage in political intrigue did not exclude her from being a part of it, and her greatest enemy has plans to break her whole world apart.
