Etho wondered if he should be proud or concerned. Proud of the fronts they were putting up? That everything was at least ok.
Or concerned about what they were hiding behind it. But maybe they all were…maybe that was why, after twenty years of having these kids in their lives, Doc and Etho had decided it was time to tell this story. That, or maybe it really was just to pass the time.
They were ok and also so far away from ok it wasn't even funny. But then again, back then had been just the same. And yet, back then, he and Doc, with their ragtag group of would-be worldchangers...had made it. Maybe there was something in those memories that would help them make it happen again?
It was certainly worth a shot, so tomorrow night, he and Doc would spin together their memories again.
