It’s in the way he just pulled me onto his lap in the cramped space of the photo booth, seemingly not a care in the world that it pressed our cheeks together.
It’s in the way he picked me up right in front of my little brother, swiftly ending our flour fight via strong rugby arms.
And it’s especially in the way he didn’t hesitate one second before he gave up his coat to warm me up, sidling closer and closer to me, our clouds of breath starting to mingle in the frosty air around us and…
… we nearly kissed!
