You might look at me like I’m crazy and think wdym Daryl/Jesus/Dwight when Jesus and Dwight barely interact in the show but I thought Daryl/Jesus and Daryl/Dwight so why not bring them all together and see what happens. So that’s what I did, hope it still peeked your interest.
‘The car came to a stop. All four passengers got out minutes before Daryl’s bike parked next to them. Dwight couldn’t face him so he simply pretended to be very interested in the ground until Rick called his name. He looked up, waiting for Rick to start talking again.
“We couldn’t have made it through without your help. Just know, we’re all grateful..”
Rick placed a hand on his shoulder, squeezing it slightly and that gave Dwight a nice feeling, like he could really be proud of what he had done for once. That feeling quickly faded when Daryl grunted and walked away. Rick sighed but didn’t say anything, instead simply trotting away after his friend. Dwight stayed there, burying himself in his earlier thoughts, as the others were going back to their homes.’
