4th of September 2025
Bailey’s POV
It was the first day back at school, and Bailey was already having an awful time. First, he woke up late, second, his mom yelled at him, third, he missed his bus, and fourth, now his form tutor - Miss Culkin - was telling him off for being late. “Hmph!~ It’s not my fault, sensei! My alarm didn’t go off!” Bailey crossed his arms and pouted, his eyebrows furrowed.
Miss Culkin sighed, she had had enough of Bailey’s antics for one day and it was only just form time, “Please, just… just sit down, Bailey.”
“Hmph!~ Whatever! I will, but not because I think you’re a good teacher or anything… Don’t get the wrong idea!” Bailey grumbled, sitting down. Miss Culkin just sighed again and put on Newsround or whatever. Bailey was instantly bored by this and looked around at the new seating plan for the start of the year, making note of where everyone was and… wait a second… Where's Charlie and Eden?
Charlie was Bailey’s current omega boyfriend, and Eden was Bailey’s alpha ex-girlfriend from year 7, but he admittedly still felt a little something for her… though he would never tell his dear Charlie!
As though they were summoned, Charlie and Eden both walked through the classroom door, at which Miss Culkin sighed yet again. She didn’t even bother to tell them off. Bailey felt a surge of anger at them being let off, but not him! How was that- Wait a damn second, why does Charlie look like that? Charlie’s cheeks were flushed red, and there was concealer on his collar… But Charlie doesn’t wear concealer? Upon further inspection, he noticed that Eden’s lips, which usually were smothered in concealer as if to hide their very existence, were almost bare! Now, Bailey wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, but he could tell something was up between them.
“Alright, you two sit either side of Bailey,” Miss Culkin said.
Bailey’s cheeks flushed to match Charlie’s. Eden… next to HIM??? Though, if Eden was affected, she hid it very well. She just nonchalantly sat down to Bailey’s left. Charlie sat down to Bailey’s right and started clinging to Bailey the moment he sat down, his tail wagging.
“Ah… B-Bailey senpai… I missed you…” He whimpered, nuzzling into Bailey’s arm. He would have nuzzled into Bailey’s cheek however Bailey was 6'5 while Charlie was 4'11.
“I-it’s not like I missed you too, or whatever!” Bailey said, pouting.
“Y-you really didn’t miss me, senpai…?” Charlie asked, his eyes big and teary like he was about to cry.
“U-ugh! Whatever! I guess I missed you a LITTLE bit…” Bailey muttered.
“Yare yare daze… You little omegas are so loud. Tsk…” Eden said nonchalantly.
“O-oh!~ I’m sorry Eden-san!” Charlie whimpered.
“Ugh! Shut it, Eden! No one even likes you!” Bailey growled, grabbing onto Charlie possessively.
Then Bailey started passionately making out with Charlie for the rest of form.
