Martyn lays curled up in bed in one of Jimmy’s hoodies.
He’s been having really bad cramps all morning and can’t seam to find the strength to pull himself out of bed. Which is a bummer since he and Jimmy were supposed to go on a date in 30 minutes, but Martyn had to call his boyfriend to cancel. Honestly he’s just laying here, waiting for the pain meds to kick in.
A knock sounds from Martyn’s bedroom door.
The blond’s eyes flick up in confusion because who would be in his flat right now?
The door opens and a familiar head of fluffy blond hair pops into the room, “Hey Martyn, I used my key.” he says before Martyn can ask him how he got into his flat, “I figured if you did not feel well enough to go on our date, I'd come to you.” he says, smiling.
Martyn smiles, ‘gods, he loves Jimmy’.
“I also brought you a basket of things.” Jimmy says, finally properly entering the room.
He shuts the door behind himself, but when he’s in the room, Martyn can finally see the small basket in his hands.
Jimmy sets it down in a chair in the corner of Martyn’s room, taking things out one at a time, “I got you some dark chocolate, a few bags of your favorite crisps, some extra tampons - I got your kind I saw in your bathroom last time I was over - , and a heating pad.”
The last thing gets Martyn’s attention.
Jimmy holds up a small back thing which Martyn assumes is the pad, “I’m going to go pop it in the microwave, I’ll be quick.”
With that, Jimmy leaves to room, going to warm the pad.
When he comes back he hands it to Martyn.
The shorter blond sets it over his abdomen, grateful for the solace it gives him.
Jimmy crawls into bed behind him, laying an arm over Martyn, pressing a kiss to his cheek, Jimmy says, “I love you.”
Martyn smiles, closing his eyes, replying, “I love you too.”
