Mina was getting ready to go to the amusement park with Kirishima, while the other girls hung out with her in her room for the time being.
“So, this really isn’t a date?” Hagakure asked.
“Kiri and I both agreed that we’re just friends. Two besties can hang out without it being a date,” Mina told her.
“Says the person who asks any of us if we’re going on a date anytime we hang out with a boy,” Jiro stated.
“That’s usually when you are hanging out with your crushes, alone,” Mina argued. “I’m just being curious.”
“It’s so embarrassing when you ask, though,” Ochaco cut in.
“Anyway, it’s time for me to leave! See you later, girls!” Mina rushed out and headed down to the common room.
“Hey, Ashido! Looking great!” Kirishima told her when she came up to him.
“And you’re looking super manly!” Mina replied.
The two often complemented each other like this, as a way to build each other up.
They quickly headed out, walking to the amusement park. The place was huge, with tons of rides to try.
“How about we go on every single ride?” Mina suggested enthusiastically.
“Do we have enough time in the day for that? This place is huge!” Kirishima replied.
“Well, we can sure try!” Mina exclaimed. She grabbed a park map out of one of the nearby containers of them. “With this map, we can mark off every ride we do! If we don’t hit them all today, then we’ll definitely be coming back here sometime to do the rest!”
“Do you have something to mark them off with?” Kirishima questioned. Mina nodded and grabbed a Sharpie out of her small pack she carried with her.
“You’ve been planning this all along, haven’t you?”
Mina giggled. “Yep! Now come on, the first ride awaits!”
The first ride they went on was the biggest roller coaster in the park. The thing was absolutely terrifying, and tickled Kirishima’s stomach more than he liked. Mina, however, was having the time of her life and screaming with joy, instead of fear like her friend.
The next ride they chose was a lazy river, as Kirishima needed some relaxing after the terrifying first ride. The two splashed each other a couple of times with the water.
Next was another roller-coaster, but it was smaller and less terrifying. After that, it was one of those giant spinny-rides with swing seats (idk what they're called), another ride that left Kirishima terrified, along with motion sick.
The two sat down for a while after that, not having any wishes to make themselves sick with too many rides.
By dinner time, they’d been on 38 rides, out of the total 50. They decided to head back to the dorms, not wanting fast food for a second meal in a row.
“Whoa, you two look exhausted,” Ojiro commented when they arrived.
“We went on more than half the rides at the park,” Kirishima nodded.
After dinner, both Kirishima and Mina crashed on the couches in the common room. A few other people joined them in the commons and put on a movie to relax.
It had been a truly exhausting day.
