It gave him choices for actions and dialogue but most of the options he wanted were locked behind a paywall requiring CNY or USD, which he had no idea about. Frustrated, he was forced to pick the free-to-play options, all of which were absurd, uncharacteristic, and infuriating. He had told the system a million times that he isn't a "player" but it ignores him like it doesn't care.
