   Summary

   Warning: This fic will deal with a hospitalization and suicidal thoughts in coming chapters. There isn't anything super graphic but Ian does voice his thoughts out loud. No attempt is made. This fic also deals with chronic pain and medicine. As well as sexual assault.

   Lip and Ian run their own very successful company. Ian and Mickey have two children: Yevgeny and Sarah. Ian has been mostly stable and happy for two years until he starts having chronic migraines. He is placed on some new medicine but doesn't feel like it is working in his favour. Will his loved ones and doctor listen to Ian? Will they trust Ian to know his own body before it's too late?
