Summary
One week after Togaka, former leader of the Triple Threat triad, vanishes from Republic City, an attack on the police station takes place. As more and more information is uncovered, it becomes clear that these criminal inter-workings could have more drastic effects than even the Turf Wars provided.
Avatar Korra is out of the picture, visiting the northern air-temple in order to avoid further conflicts before the upcoming election. Mako and Bolin are tasked with a police assignment assisting prince Wu in his mission to establish a democracy in the Earth Kingdom. Asami is involved in the reconstruction movement, dividing her time between volunteering at the refugee camps, supporting Zhu Li’s campaign, and managing Future Industries.
With election night taking place in three weeks, an event warranting not only the avatar's return, but the attendance of many prominent figures assisting the reconstruction of the city, it is vital that the soundness of this assembly is not compromised. And without the aid of Korra and her friends, it’s up to Lin and Kya to figure out what exactly has been going on.
