She was to be cold and authoritative. Manipulative and calculative. She was only 4, but she understood that better than anyone.
And then there was her stupid brother. With his stupid warmth and kindness that undid everything that she built up for herself. She hated him. Azula absolutely hated him.
But she couldn’t run from the warmth. She needed that warmth just like the weak and talentless. She needed it because it was all that her fire had.
Because Zuko was the only one she had.
Azula hated Zuko.
