   Summary

   When humanity was still confined to their home planet of Earth, there was a culture that believed in a pantheon of gods, one of which being Nemesis, the goddess of retribution. Thousands of years after humans began colonizing the rest of their galaxy, a vigilante organization by the same name gained notoriety for delivering retribution against oppressors unpunished by the Galactic Alliance. But in the age of instant communication across an entire galaxy, such rumors were prevalent and often unreliable. None of the enslaved Tendo priestesses aboard Starship Artemis expected Nemesis to be real, let alone that they were on their way to rescuing them and their ravaged home planet of Kiritani.
