It’s Joel’s birthday and the two college students decided to head out for some drinks.
They drink a bit, getting decently drunk before calling a lift back to Joel’s dorm to finish off the night.
The two of them stumble into Joel’s dorm.
The human’s fox hybrid roommate, Etho is not there, out with his boyfriend.
Jimmy and Joel crash down on Joel’s bed, sitting across from each other.
“Soooo….Joel?” Jimmy asks, slurring his words a bit, “Did you enjoy your birt’day?” the canary hybrid asks, leaning his back against the wall next against Joel’s bed.
“I had fun hanging out with the ‘ost handsom guy on campus.” Joel says, giggling.
Jimmy laughs, “When did you hang ‘ut with someone else?”
Joel gets closer to Jimmy, putting a finger over his lips, “Shhhhhhh.”
“Hmmnn?” Jimmy asks, humming against Joel’s finger.
Joel pulls away his finger, “Jim…It ‘s you.”
Jimmy squints at Joel, thinking hard about his words, “You think I’m hand…hands…hands’m?”
“Yeah, yeah.” Joel says, moving closer to Jimmy, “Hey, I have an idea.”
“What?”
“Let’s kisssss.” Joel suggests.
“Only if I can kiss you!” Jimmy says, smiling stupidly.
“Sure!” Joel says, moving, straddling Jimmy’s hips, a knee on either side of the avian, “Ready, mate?”
“Yeah.” Jimmy says.
Joel holds his face, pulling Jimmy in for a sloppy kiss.
They make out on Joel's bed for what feels like eternity to their drunken minds, but in reality it probably was only a handful or two of minutes.
Eventually Joel pulls away, yawning, “I’m ‘eppy…’ou?”
Jimmy binks, clearly wanting to continue, but catching Joel’s yawn, “Y-yeah.”
The two of them fall asleep in each other’s arms, tangled up together, falling asleep quickly.
