   Summary

   After moving into the hotel, Vox is having some trouble with redemption. Regular therapy doesn't work, the guests don't like him, and everyone is reaching the end of their collective rope.

   Then Charlie sees a Christmas movie, and gets struck with inspiration. One upon a time, a famous sinner got redeemed on Earth.
