Summary
Between Sun and Moon follows Sonic on the eve of the Equinox—his favorite day of the year—when the city hums with preparation and anticipation. Restless with excitement, Sonic throws himself into helping wherever he can, spreading cheer as easily as he spreads flyers. But while Sonic remains blissfully unaware of the subtle shifts happening around (and within) him, others notice far more than he does.
As the festival draws closer, attention—wanted and unwanted—begins to gather, and familiar dynamics start to strain under the weight of heightened emotions and unspoken instincts. Shadow, determined to keep his distance, finds himself pulled back into Sonic’s orbit despite his better judgment, sensing that something is quietly off-balance.
