Work Text:
Jonathan sighed in frustration as he listened back to his recording of the Adekoya account.
It held no stuttering or faults, just the same as his other accounts. He considered it somewhat of a miracle that he could get through each recording without stammering over his words. Reading aloud wasn't a part of the job requirements, but it was a good skill to have, all things considered.
No, the issue was with Elias' interruption about six minutes into the recording. Due to how Jonathan had recorded it, he couldn't very well cut it out. No, that tape would forever be ruined by Elias' rude disruption and Jonathan's irritated response.
He wondered if he should get a 'Do Not Disturb' sign to put up on his door when he did his recordings, but he also figured that probably wouldn't accomplish much. His damned coworkers would probably still barge in anyway.
He supposed it wasn't the end of the world, though. There were definitely bigger fish to fry, even just with the Adekoya case.
Still, it bothered him.
