The fresh memories of revolution remain stuck onto the minds of the underground.Counting drops of blood in their hands, Chara chose a path against the royal family, who now holds them captive. Glimpsing outwards from the castle, Chara sits in royalty, waiting for another storm to hit New Home.
Back in the Ruins, the revolutionary fortress of New Citadel continues to protect its liberty against the will of the monarchy. Yet Clover and Frisk, against the wishes of its leaders, seek to do more: bring justice to the underground. But when one person serves as the judge, jury, and executioner, how fair can justice really be?
