Their legs rub absently together, Yeosang sighing before taking another spoonful of food. "Is that really what you want? For us to slowly progress in our relationship one decade at a time?"
No reply comes. They sit in silence, an uncomfortable amount of tension hangs between them as their touching legs go still under the table. They don't shuffle back to their own space, but the teasing nudges and supportive strokes cease.
Later that night, Jongho is laying in bed with his back facing away from Yeosang. They had whispered mutual good nights before turning opposite directions to hide behind the masks they don.
