    Summary

Canon Izuku Midoriya is smart, he has a supportive mother and foster parents (the Bakugou's). Coming out from a hostile environment as a reclusive is expected, but fragile self-esteem doesn't correlate with robust internal framework (like core family); Izuku's stubborn and it shows. Bakugou can be aggressive and entitled; it has nothing to do with persistent bullying of Izuku. Unless he made a grave mistake (which he doesn't), there's no reason for such animosity. Izuku has always been told to be this smart, analytical person. Why can't he see that his dreams are naive, that he must work in multiple fronts towards his goal, that he must circumvent his label as "quirkless"?

It doesn't make sense, canon quirk dynamics isn't logical either. Inko is a strong mother, but other times she's potrayed as such a wuss that we all scream into the void for her. High schooler enlisted in paramilitary institution? Yeah, good luck not getting another nuclear detonation in your country. Every facet of tech regressed to late 20th to early 21st century with few hand-waived exception? Screw that. Japan isn't the center of the universe either!

I want a remedy, here it is in the form of a story instead of 300-pages essay.
