Summary
Luz and the Hexsquad defeated Belos, that should've been it, but when Luz and her mother went through the portal back home, she found she couldn't go back through. Suddenly, years later, Luz returns only to find the Boiling Isles in a state of ruin, of anarchy. When Belos fell, so did the Isles, and Luz became their scapegoat. All seems hopeless with no way home, Eda gone, and a target on her back until a mysterious rebel group offers her a chance to restore everything she lost.
