   Summary

   On a floodlit runway, Task Force 141 meets their new overwatch: Vesper, a CIA liaison and marksman who moves like a locked door and speaks like she’s conserving oxygen. Soap, meanwhile, is pure kinetic sunshine, instantly fascinated and determined to get a reaction out of her.
