   Summary

   At fourteen, Uzui Tengen is sent to Hachijō-jima to uncover the secret of the all-female Iguro clan.
   Instead, he finds a boy in a cell.
   Uzui pulls Obanai out of the dark and gives him his first taste of freedom—Tokyo streets at dawn, cheap sweets on skewers, summer fireworks and a name to call him by: “big brother”.
   Years later, covered in blood and bandages at the Butterfly Estate, Iguro learns the name Uzui never had the chance to tell him.
