   Summary

   Historia's army of guards is stretched thin as she entertains diplomats for the evening. With none to spare for the Ambassadors of the Alliance, she sends them to Shiganshina to be hosted by a secret society of Alliance supporters until morning. Residents are on high alert as Jaegerists roam the streets, and members of the society have fled. With beds at a shortage, Jean and Armin are forced to share a room.
