Superman would've taken a little longer to blink. Batman would’ve pretended he wasn’t affected, then brooded about it for six months. And Hal? Hal forgot where he was and long story short—she kissed him. When he pulled back, dazed and grinning like an idiot, his ring was gone.
Next thing he knew, he was waking up—hands cuffed, ring still absent, ego thoroughly bruised.
Now, it wasn’t like this was Hal’s first time getting kidnapped. Far from it. But this? This was a first. No alien warlords. No cosmic entities. Just… a woman hired to lure him in for some wacko wanting to get dirt on, here's the kicker, Spooky of all people. Crazy, right?
