Work Text:

Illustration of Robert Robertson after the bar fight at the Sardine. He now sits outside a Del Taco at 4AM, and addresses an off-screen Flambae in conversation. Robert looks up at the viewer with pleading, shiny eyes. He looks like a sad teary cat. His face is also bruised and scraped from the fight not too long ago, in which Robert definitely yanked augments out of someone's head like spaghetti from a pasta maker. Regardless, Robert looks benign and cute for a scruffy thirty-something year old man, and in subtitled text mimicking the Dispatch game's dialogue portrayal, Robert asks Flambae if the hero can get him some hot sauce.

In the back by the Del Taco are three of the Z-Team watching Flambae's embarrassing lack of chill for Robert's request: Prism judges Flambae while sipping a soda, Invisigal grimaces at the PDA, and Sonar stares blankly. Robert has no reaction to Flambae's gay disaster and is just waiting for the hot sauce.

it's now dawn. i stayed up all night trying to figure out how to draw Robert in the game style. never again. Super happy with how it all came out tho!! Pls peep the details, it makes me laugh so much. hope you enjoy this goofiness ❤️ thanks to the fic author for creating an amazing story, you know i love it :D
