Pavitr winced at the burning in his chest as stomach acid fried the back of his throat.
He had been off of his GERD meds for a while, and it was really starting to get to him. He couldn't remember the last time he'd gotten through a day without having to stop whatever he was doing to endure the burning agony.
I really need to figure something out. This is getting ridiculous...
