Summary
Shane loved his profession and was thankful he got to do what he loved even as an omega. Shane had played that role as a professional hockey player for years and in the meantime pushed his role as omega to the very back. Never to be acknowledged, never to define him.
However, when Ilya Rozanov came into his life and with him uncovered every bit of Shane's omega self piece after piece, Shane's inner feelings about his omega self began to change. Now he grew to love being called an omega, grew to love being scented and basked in the knowledge of Ilya, his alpha, wanting every part of him.
Yet, ever since they finally got their shit together, began to officially date, Shane's thoughts began to wander to certain places.
People would probably call it 'baby fever', Shane would call it bullshit.
