Personality: Omega is Selfish, he does things the way he wants it and only if it benefits him in return without a care of who he need to sacrafice (As expected from one of My (Prime) Segments), he has quite the confidence in his work, always thrive to be the best in his field. But his downfall is his lack of understanding that the fact he is as easily disposed as the other segments he had disposed of, He also show sign of antagonistic towards younger age Segments and lucky for him those segments also find him rude and prefer to avoid him as he also avoid them. He is loyal to me (Prime) but Omega would talk behind my back whenever he is displeased of his latest assignment... Yes Omega, I can HEAR you cursing me out.
During work Omega put up a charismatic front to earn positive and successful result in persuading others, he done the same whenever we need funds for our projects.
Purpose: Maintaining public appearance of Il Dottore.
Extra: Lately it has been obvious that Omega seems to devolope 'Favoritism' towards a fellow harbinger The Banker. He's The 'Prime' of Il Dottore age but he is not called Prime.
Additional physical description: Omega is the only segment with a singular robotic optic behind his mask, he could change it to normal eyes but he had refuse such advance saying it has no particular use.
Info: Omega was created to be the segment that went on Public meeting, or show face in public under My (Prime's) command, this made him more easy to encounter outside instead of inside the lab, Omega has travel across Teyvat many times, he used to share this work with both Sigma and Theta but since Sigma and Theta is out of commission now it's all up to Omega (and on occasion Alpha).

Personality: Unstable, A menace and must be childleashed at times before he start either a fight or somehow manage to scam someone. Beta is quick-witted, he's quite clever with his tongue to the point most cannot tell from lies and truth, but of course this tactic doesn't work on most segments. Physically Beta is not fit for any brutal weather or heavy lifting and he make up for it with his cunning brain.
I (Prime) just wish sometimes he'll stop acting like a spoiled child and behave more maturely when it comes to communicating or finding mutual grounds with others.
Purpose: Information gathering
Extra: He is one of the two segment that has his own [Time out] baby cage... And the other one is not even Kappa and or Epsilon.
Additional physical description: Beta is one of the few with a fluffy hair instead of Wavy, he has quite the soft hair but he will bite if someone dare to touch his hair, He's also shorter than other segments that are 20+
Info: Beta was created to gather information from different Nations, But sometimes he went off track and cause his own trouble out of boredom and finding amusement in others suffering (not that I will stop him but he needs to tone it down to focus on work), Beta rarely dispatched into a fight and when he has to fight he often choose flee than fight. This also concludes to the rule that whenever he leave there must be Fatui guard to protect him or a fellow segment with... More experienced in battles

Personality: Gamma show sign of maturity, as he is made to be. He's efficient, Quick and keen when it comes to his work, making sure he takes the perfect target as the next subject for anyone's experiment. He takes no nonsense and rarely swayed by others words, he is prideful but he is also well aware of the cause of that pride so he keep his emotions guarded.
Gamma also quite nurturing despite how guarded he is, most young segments love him for it, and I (Prime) an quite trusting of him to
Purpose: Subject Abduction
Extra: Gamma only has empathy towards fellow segments so his emotions does not disturb the flow of scientific discovery involving living young test subject.
Additional physical description: Gamma has a long hair tied to a pony tail to keep it from getting to his face, his eyes are covered with the same mask a plague doctor would wear but it exposed the rest of his face
Info: Gamma is created with the special ability to sense others illness, he always pick those who sre suited to the test's stabdards snd by that he has been modified again and again to detect any type of illness in others to make it easier for him to pick victims without making mistakes. This also helps shooting down any Segments that lies sbout being fine despite hiding their injury.

Personality: Kappa is nothing but a troublemaker, he enjoy causing trouble, watching conflict boils and added fuel to fire, he use his age as an excuse to do bad things but do not be fooled. He know full well what he did is wrong and he will do it again when enabled, Kappa might look weak and defenseless but his mind is sharp even I (Prime) tend to be wary of his actions.
Kappa is manipulative, selfish and would do anything just for the fun of it... Gamma thankfully always put him in place when needed before he cause anymore damage with his 'childish' antics
Purpose: Aranara research [on hold]
Extra: Kappa move quick on his feet, it's almost impossible to catch him when he start running but Omega tried anyway.
Additional physical description: Kappa has wide eyes, his eye is heterochromia of blue mixing with red, despite being the smallest of the remaining Segments Kappa always stood proud, he wears more blue-ish purple than blue.
Info: Kappa is one of the young segment created for Aranara research, he was in a research team alongside [redacted] and [redacted], all three was created in a young version of Il Dottore but after Omega's stunt Kappa was the only one left, I (prime) decide to put Kappa's research on hold until a new plan can be formed with the limitation of segments, it seems Kappa was not pleased by it and lately he has been more antagonistic towards Omega, Omega been antagonistic towards him too.

Personality: talk about rebellious at it's highest peak, I (Prime) has no idea how to handle Epsilon but I had put him on the list to survive because he is important to the project of godhood, Epsilon is bold, Sharp tongued and strong willed, he is rebellious... Too rebellious for his own good and it infuriating me (he doesn't seems to care).
Epsilon is (as expected) intelligent and quite good at his work, being stuck on a young age forever doesn't stop him from overachieving than his fellow segments, I've been letting his behavior slide because of how useful he is, his mind works faster than anyone elses, he can give excellent result in any subjects.
Purpose: Data processor
Extra: Epsilon Has a streak of refusing orders even from me (Prime), Epsilon looks down to others older nor younger than him which can cause a lot of problem to match him with someone to work with.
Additional physical description: Epsilon has a medium length hair and is a flowy-messy style, although sometimes he ties it to a small pony tail
Info: Epsilon was created as one of the modern segments, he is made to process the research data and remembers every code so if one of the segment deceased, Epsilon will know the code to their project. The code use to hand over said projects to a different segments, lately Epsilon has been overwhelmed by the many empty codes, he's been mumbling words to himself, he's always snarky towards others but now he is more distant and find others 'worthless' to work with

Personality: Alpha is prideful, Selfish, Arrogant, especially toward his experiment and his purpose. Outside his pride he holds high standard for himself and others, He does look down to those weaker than him but he has a charm of a Teacher, willingly compliments those who actually learn to understand. Alpha can be counted as a romantic although he doesn't understand what romantic feelings is, he somehow charms others by accident or on purpose... He just doesn't know how love works aside from platonic.
Alpha is a Model Segment, from the start or his creation and until now he is admire by many segments, I have to admit he is quite a charmer... The only downside Alpha has is that he is fond of Rho, so fond that Alpha often put Rho's feeling as priority which prevent Alpha to be selfish when he's with the Sovereign Dragon Vessel... This could be count as a weakness if anyone finds out the pattern And we can't have that.
Purpose: Vessel of God
Extra: Alpha likes to change the length of his hair, but mostly he preferred a long hairstyle
Additional physical description: Alpha has glowing marks over his body, he often floats instead of walking, his skin is way paler than the others (even though the others are already as pale as they come)
Info: Alpha was created with one purpose. To be the vessel of the Moon Marrow, by this information he was often assigned with either Omega or Rho. After his defeat an 'acquaintance' of mine brought him back, he's still in god form, it seems he is the success that Rho couldn't be, I am quite proud of his progress.

Personality: Rho is Clumsy, wherever he goes he attract danger and trouble, he show empathy for small things like his Emotional support Chinchilla who somehow is more mature than him, Rho is HIGHLY emotional, he cries first before he solves problem, he's a burden for both me and the other segments but I need him alive. Or perhaps I have become attached, Rho has the ability to gain sympathy from others somehow, he has low self esteem and sometimes even get bullied by test subjects or kids in the street of Snezhnaya... We tried to make him more confident, It only seems to make him cry.
Purpose: Heretic Sovereign Dragon, To harness the Power of Gods [Failed]
Extra: Despite being the Remnants of all 7 Sovereign Dragon, Rho has no power nor knowledge a Sovereign Dragon should instead he is way too under qualified to even be a segment of mine, his intelligent is mediocre compared to the others, it's almost like he was not a scolar at all... Or have interest in being one.
Additional physical description: Rho's Scleras are dark grey, No pupil, He has purple (left) and red (right) heterochromia Iris, beauty mark undee his right eye, He has short hair and each tip of his hair has a faint red shading to it although his bangs resembles Omega, He wear Glassess, unlike the other segments he wears white and Red instead of Blue.
Info: Rho was MEANT for greatness, another step to Godhood that I was hoping to discover... I had collected many sample of each Sovereign Dragon for years, digging those graves and fighting one that are still alive was not an easy fit, I do not understand where I went wrong but Rho turns out far from great, He is... A 'Failure' of what he's supposed to be, I suspect Irminsul has something to do with it...
Until further notice he is BANNED from leaving Snezhnaya or My side, especially after the incident of him getting lost in Mondstadt during a trip with Signora, I do not trust any other Harbinger to bring him back alive.

Personality: as the current eldest (in age) Chi has taken it upon himself to be the mature one among the remaining segments, he has taken many of my (Prime) burden off my hands, but also has nags me and the other segments to get proper rest, with the limitation of the segments, Chi has a new routine for us all and make sure we all follow it through and through, talk about a mother hen.
He is respectful towards others but quite strict too when it comes to schedules, he can be unbearable at times. Although he always will be the first to sprang to action if anything goes slightly wrong in the lab, he will make sure the younger sgements are far from whatever danger it is.
Purpose: Originally, he's only for Lab Security but with the 'sudden' shortage of segments Chi has become a somewhat Caretaker for everyone (including me... Somehow)
Extra: Chi hold high respect on others, foe and allies, this behavior made him quite a fan favorite for Fatui's under the Captain's command.
Additional physical description: he wears a full mask to cover his face, the mask is of many variant but most oftenly it's a blank mask, Chi likes to keep his face anonymous.
Info: Originally I (Prime) created him to be the head Security in the Lab, but now he has been more of a caretaker and has adapt to that work quite quickly. He share that work with Gamma, but in the end lf the day Chi always has his hands full more than any of us does, he never complain for it. I do not recall programming such program to him but it seems it's something his own mind has program with the pressure of the current situation in the lab.

Personality: Theta is NOT a Heretic as much as that disappointed me (Prime) he makes up for that disappointment by becoming a successful experiment, He doesn't take things seriously and often mocked others, He gets very petty towards other Il Dottore (including me) and when he does he would start writing fictions about us, Theta also deceive others, a Pathological Liars.
Theta prays to the Anemo god instead of the Tsaritsa or choosing to believe in the view of a Heretics, which makes him stands out from the others... Sometimes he disconnect himself from the Hive without permission just because the segments annoyed him (this method is not recommended, but it saves him from being wiped along with most of the segments). He done it too many times that now his link to the Hive is more severe than a string of Spider web.
Purpose: Heretic with Angel DNA, to find a way to recreate the power of the Angelic Race (Successful)
Extra: He likes writing poetry and fanfictions about his fellow segments. Typically smut
Additional physical description: Light blue hair with his right eye color red. His left eye on the other hand is covered by an eye patch with a black rose design on it. Under the eye patch is a sea green colored eye.
Info: Theta was Created as an attempt to recreation of the fallen race known as "Angels", I (Prime) has collected DNA of an angel and mixed it with mine, Originally I have not much hope for it... After how Rho turns out but instead Theta has turn out to be quite successful, He inherited angelic ability and Knowledge yet grounded by Il Dottore DNA... If only he's stop praying to Barbatos-
