Summary
Frank was in a bind. Abby wants to sell the house and split the money. He can't afford the mortgage on his income alone and thinks this is probably the best way of avoiding foreclosure. The only problem? He can't afford to pay for an apartment and the agreed-upon child support. Fortunately, there is a room for rent near the hospital.
Huckleberry moved out, and she was screwed. She had expected it to be temporary; surely he would come back once Robby returned from his sabbatical, right? Wrong. He found a studio apartment in his budget that didn't come with drama or a roommate. Good for him. But now Trinity found herself in a dilemma; she was just barely scraping by before taking him in. The cost of living has gone up, but her income has decidedly not. She needed a new roommate. The solution is simple: list a room for rent. The property management company she hired promised a tenant with a clean background and verifiable income. So what if she's too busy to actually meet the guy beforehand? They had a few text conversations. He seems nice enough.
What could possibly go wrong?
