Juliet turns to him, the hand holding the wallet on her hip. “You've already done your good deed, that’s why we’re here.” She is definitely annoyed, but it’s not serious, more slightly aghast about her failed plan.
“That was yesterday.”
“Shut. Up,” she’s holding back a laugh. “What am I supposed to do now?”
His stomach is churning. This is weird, isn’t it? How well they’re getting along.
Sam turns to face her, hands on his own hips, he gestures vaguely at her hand. “You can give me the wallet back.”
“Absolutely not.”
