Please be advised that the following documents still remain locked under Confidental Level Alpha. Any breach of security, which includes but may not be limited to the unauthorized spreading of any piece of information revealed hereafter, will carry appropriate punishments under the law layed out by the Promised Council.
The following documents contain sensitive and confidental information about the Wardens of the Cell. It needs to be reiterated that to reveal any single detail will be punished to the fullest. Each and every Warden has done a great sacrifice by being assigned as a Warden of the Cell, for outside of special circumstances, their deployment ends only in death and carries the obligation to hunt down and bring in new entities requiring containment.

Warden Dossier SCUA-001
Codename: Scribe
Legal Name: Shiori Novella
Description:
Scribe appears as a female humanoid individual at a height of 1,63m (5'3,5''). Recognizable features include her hair being split perfectly equally in colouration between black and white, as well as her eyes being yellow in tone and capable of shining in low light. She has very pale skin of unrecognizable ethnicity, due to tertiary changes from her training.
Before coming to the Cell, Scribe had been training to become an Archiver and Mage under the Director herself. Records from that time may be reviewed when requested. Scribe was recommended directly by the Director for her current position in the Cell after the Pyre-Incident, because of her abilities and curious academic spirit. There was no notable opposition to this decision, thus Scribe was accepted into the Cell on the XX.XX.XXXX.
Scribe was the first new addition to the Cell after the Pyre-Incident, replacing the previous Warden Overseer Arbitrator in his role. So far, she has performed her duties diligently, though not without controversy.
General Attributes:
- Strength: Adequate (2)
- Toughness: Adequate (2)
- Magic Resistance: Powerful (4)
- Swiftness: Adequate (2)
- Magical Affinity: Excellent (5)
Abilities:
As a personal pupil of the Director and because of her own aptitude, Scribe has shown an immense proficiency with Elder Magic. Her Arcane Affinity is immense for a human, supplemented by an impressive Mana Capacity. Scribe has shown herself to be very curious and studious, which not only allowed her to gather an impressive arsenal of various spells, but has also become very beneficial to her employment. She has displayed a good sense of logic, allowing to advance our files on several prisoners.
Scribe also has sufficient martial training to hold her own against a number of opponents, though her physical endurance is only slightly above that of a standard humanoid individual. Fighting with her scissor blades is a last resort effort, so Scribe is best protected by tougher Wardens, should a mass containment breach occur. Though she has expressed an unwilling to stay behind in such an occurrence, wishing to lead recontainment efforts from the front. Her high Arcane Affinity and profiency with Elder Magic does speak in her favor. However, considering the passing of her predecessor, multiple Wardens have expressed a strong disagreement with this attitude.
Scribe is also in possession of a Rank-S artefact known as the 'Storyteller's Writer'. For more information about this, please request the document labeled as 'Archiver of the First Story' from the Promised Council.
Position:
Scribe has been instated as Warden Overseer of the Cell and leader of Special Containment Unit Advent (SCUA), following the sudden death of Warden Overseer during the Pyre-Incident.
Under Scribe, the Cell has experienced an extensive expansion of its archive. Both the prisoner files, research reports, as well as the library containing collections of knowledge and personal observations from the Cell's personnel have increased greatly in size. Scribe is encouraging other personnel to keep notes and journals, as well as to either write down or talk about any theories and thoughts they have regarding various matters.
She has also established and thus far maintained contact with verified and secure contacts outside of the Cell to open new channels to new knowledge, as well as being able to call on expert opinions regarding some topics. Scribe has been thoroughly briefed on maintaining confidentiality of the Cell and has thus far not broken it.
Behavioral Record:
Scribe has exhibited a thus far somewhat unusual behavior for a Warden Overseer. While she seems to be focused on her duty without letting herself be influenced by emotions, her actions contradict this apparent attitude. There have been multiple complaints from longer serving Wardens about her policy towards a lot of the prisoners. Her inauguration as Warden Overseer in comparison was met by far fewer complaints and controversy, which has attracted the attention of the Promised Council towards this issue. Especially so soon after the Pyre-Incident, many eyes are watching the Cell.
Scribe has displayed a more empathetic attitude towards a number of prisoners. This has resulted in her severely editing several prisoner files and even completely rewriting a number of them from the ground up. Every such change has been reported by her in full to the Director.
Scribe has also very quickly accumulated a large number of requests that she has send to the Director. These include asking for permission to run very specific tests and examinations on various prisoners, while with others she requested to change their Containment Measures. And every single one has been fitted with a long essay justifying her request, giving reason, and even expected changes. So far, more than half have eventually been granted. The core theme of all these changes and requests seems to be an effort to find some kind of understanding with prisoners, lessening pressure or force directed upon them when those are deemed unnecessary or too strong, and sometimes even seeking to help certain prisoners with their unique situations.
However, these requests have caused internal division amongst the Wardens, on grounds of the change in policy and attitude towards the prisoners that Scribe is trying to achieve. Many of the longer serving Wardens who survived the Pyre-Incident are pushing to maintain if not intensify Containment Measures and prisoner treatment.
Director's Remark: While the worries, doubts, and complaints of these Wardens are not without merit, I can see the benefits of Shiori's working theory. I understand that I cannot have too much of a say on grounds of my personal bias, however, the Promised Council is also mostly on our side here. Even those who aren't fully are not denying that some of the prisoners deserve better treatment at least, especially considering some of the things happening under Arbitrator. So far, we haven't yet fully formulated a change in overall policy, but I imagine that will happen sometime soon.
-Director Nimonae Ina'nis

Warden Dossier SCUA-002
Codename: Songstress
Legal Name: Nerissa von Ravencroft
Description:
Songstress appears as a female demonic individual of avian subnature, at a height of 1,75m (5'7,4''). Recognizable features include her purple-red coloured eyes with slitted pupils, demon-typical fangs, and a set of raven-like wings sprouting at hip-height. Songstress can also very easily be recognized by her set of elaborate upwards-curving black horns that glow with deep blue whenever she uses her abilities.
Songstress is the youngest daughter of the Ravencroft family, who are in charge of one of Hell's layers, thus making Songstress royalty by blood ties. However, she is not in any direct position of succession, allowing her to dedicate her life to the Cell. Songstress was recommended to her position by Hope Descendant of the Promised Council and joined before the Pyre-Incident, which she survived.
General Attributes:
- Strength: Decent (3)
- Toughness: Decent (3)
- Magic Resistance: Powerful (4)
- Swiftness: Decent (3)
- Magical Affinity: Powerful (4)
Abilities:
Songstress exhibits impressive endurance and physical strength, above the standard for demonic individuals but by far not close to what is considered 'high' levels. She nonetheless can match most individuals, including a lot of the Cell's prisoners. According to her strong demonic heritage, she is also has innate resistances against fire, poison, and demonic magic. Her wings are capable of flight with a speed of up to 72,42 km/h (45 mph), and she has shown great agility when doing so. As part of her upbringing, Songstress trained both in unarmed combat and in the usage of a bident.
From her family, Songstress has brought an artefact named 'Vidofnir'. A magical bident of impressive make and enchantments, being classified as a Rank-A artefact. In its weapon form, the bident is also capable of acting like a tuning fork when struck while fueld by Songstress' magic. This can either cause sonic eruptions around her to deafen and stun enemies, or be directed into an object to cause tremendous internal damage. In showcases, Songstress was able to use this ability to shatter stone and even metal. So far, she has refused even considering using this on a living being. The bident can also transform into a stand microphone, to amplify her magical abilities.
Songstress is extremely proficient in using magic via singing, specializing in sonic-based offensive spells and manipulation magic. So far, she has exhibited the ability to charm and change the emotional state of other sapient beings. While Songstress has expressed the desire to not overuse this ability, under the explanation of "respecting a person's free will", she is entirely comfortable with utilizing her spells to calm down prisoners or prevent further harm in extreme situations.
Position:
Because of her abilities and fervant attitude to prevent harm and suffering, Songstress has not only been instated as a Warden, but also as a member of a Special Containment Unit. She has proven herself several times already by facilitating the successful containment of several prisoners, as well as assisting in curtailing a number of containment breach attempts. In a few cases, she was even able to appeace and recontain prisoners without the usage of her magic, instead convincing them by word alone.
Behavioral Record:
Songstress showed a great sense of duty from the start of her service, achieving a few letters of recommendation from longer serving Wardens and the previous Warden Overseer. However, in the weeks before the Pyre-Incident, Songstress appears to have sought to converse with Warden Overseer Arbitrator. Written requests for such meetings all seem to express worries over some of the prisoners, potentially about their state at that time.
During the Pyre-Incident, Songstress distinguished herself by tirelessly doing her best to assist both personnel as well as prisoners. Several lives were saved by her that day and many have expressed their gratitude and recommendation about her. Songstress was also vital in taking down some of the last prisoners.
After that event, Songstress exhibited a desire to continue working, refusing any offer of recuperation time. After the inauguration of Scribe as Warden Overseer, Songstress was quick to support the slew of proposed changes. She has since then more openly expressed her worry about the treatment of several prisoners. However, there have also been worded letters of doubt about her getting too involved with some of them. For one special case that has garnered quite a lot of attention, please review the report of Incident-0181-23

Warden Dossier SCUA-003
Codename: Prism
Legal Name: Koseki Bijou
Description:
Prism takes the form of a female humanoid individual with a height of 1,4m (4'5,9''), however, her nature is far more unique. As the so far only known crystalline person, there is no standard to be compared to, so a more expansive description is in order. In appearance, Prism looks mostly humanoid with only a few outward attributes straying from this. Most notable are the gems that grow out of Prism's skin, most notably with a sizable one on the center of her chest, and smaller ones under her right eye and the back of her hands. She also typically displays a sort of crown of similar gems that sit on her pale-purple hair, as well as a set of small metal-like wings.
Prism's biology, if it can be called such, has caused a lot of confusion and a small bit of controversy. While her skin looks standard if not very soft and fragile, it is infact far more closely to compact stone in texture. It has proven to be incredibly durable, while still somehow displaying a perfect range of motion and flexibility, equal if not slightly greater than a flesh-and-blood being. Underneath this skin, Prism's inside lack any sort of organ, including nerve and blood-vessel system. Instead, as every observation, medical prodecure, and Prism's own account have indicated, her body consists of pure gem-crystal, like the ones growing out of her. These have proven to be equally if not even more durable than her skin.
It has to be noted that Prism, upon first contact with her, might have ended up as a prisoner of the Cell, owing to her anomalous nature and potentially devastating effect. However, she has thus far proven herself to be an incredibly reliable and valuable individual, who remains in full control of herself and her abilities. Prism has also agreed to participate in studies and experiments to further research about her nature, though she has also made it clear that she will set her boundaries as necessary.
It is advised to not meet Prism with any extra suspicion or distrust because of her nature.
General Attributes:
- Strength: Decent (3)
- Toughness: Perfect (6)
- Magic Resistance: Powerful (4)
- Swiftness: Adequate (2)
- Magical Affinity: Decent (3)
Abilities:
Prism exhibits an impressive amount of endurance, both in terms of physical resilience and magical resistance. She has, during planned tests, been able to easily endure and even shrug off attacks from most weapons, including artefacts of up to Rank-C, with no damage remaining. She has also been able to shrug of spells of up to Rank-3 without being damaged or otherwise affected. Prism seems to be entirely immune against poisons and toxins, as well as showing an especially high resistance against manipulation magic, most likely because of her own abilities.
Because of her lack of organic insides, instead consisting entirely of these crystals, Prism also enjoys a few extra advantages. She never bleeds, no matter where or how she is struck, despite being somehow able to produce other bodily fluids or at least something akin to them (for example: Tears)(Prism also lacks the ability, or desire, to sweat). And, while it so far couldn't be observed in detail, Prism is also likely to not have any weak points or vital parts that most biological individuals possess. It stands to theory that her body may need to be entirely destroyed to stop her from acting.
Prism possesses fascinating regenerative capabilities. While not fast by any means, her crystal insides and stoneskin are capable of growing to seal wounds within hours or days, depending on the severity. Through some careful experimentation, it was discovered that using a form of special resin can be used to fix up damages more quickly, allowing her body to function and heal more quickly. Prism is also capable of surviving without oxygen, water or food, though she still chooses to consume all three and has stated that not doing so would somewhat impair her functions. Though, it is not known if it would be a physical or mental effect.
In addition to the defensive benefits, Prism's nearly solid body has proven itself to be very useful in close comabt. While she lacks advanced training when it comes to unarmed combat, she is nevertheless proficient enough to hold her own, especially when combined with her considerable strength and resilience. However, Prism excels in fighting with katana-style blades. She can create one of considerable strength from her own crystals and has shown to be an effective combatant with it.
Prism has decent Magical Affinity, though she lacks any diversity in how to use it, preferring to channel her crystal-based magic into blasts of pure energy. While lacking creativity, these nonetheless have serious stopping power. She can also create gem-crystals, though she rarely does so. However, Prism's expertise lies in emotion and empathy-based magic. She can detect, ascertain, and influence the emotional state of sentient and sapient creatures around of her, even through most forms of cover or walls. While she has expressed a strong reluctance to use this ability for outright control, Prism has agreed to deploy her magic to help appease and soothe prisoners, as well as bolstering her allies during combat.
Position:
Prism has been part of the Cell Wardens for some decades, being able to show a nearly perfect record of her duty. She was part of a small number of Special Containment Units, now being assigned to Advent. So far, she has gotten along well with the other members, acting as a senior member despite her typically playful attitude.
Prism has proven on numerous occasions her value for the Cell and the Wardens. Her exceptional capabilities when it comes to combat facilitated the containment of numerous prisoners as well as ensuring containment breaches did not succeed. While her ability of emotion magic is not used as often as it could, there were situations were Prism employed it to calm down either prisoner or ally.
Behavioral Record:
During her service, Prism has rarely brought attention on herself in any sort of negative manner. She showed a singular determination in pursuing her duties, one that even predates her joining the Cell. However, there were a number of occasions where Prism clashed with other personnel over how she perceived the treatment of various prisoners.
While Prism's empathetic ability has served well, especially in interrogations and interviews with prisoners whose emotional state was either hard to gauge or very volatile, there have been worries that it may prove to be a weakness. Prism has always argued heavily against such accusations, stating that "Feeling what they feel and having empathy about it is never wrong!". There have been a couple of investigations and observations that looked into this, however none recommended that Prism be transferred elsewhere.
Despite any misgivings, Prism never faltered in her duty, neither did she ever make any attempts to bring these complaints to the then current Warden Overseer, though she also never really answers why that was the case. There were accusations of her showing prisoners preferential treatment or even smuggling items to them, however the ones levying these were never able to supply any evidence.
Prism was right in the thick of the Pyre-Incident, doing her best to reassert order in the Cell. She went out of the entire event with significant damage, having displayed until then unprecedent usages of her abilities in scale and severity. However, this level of activity contributed greatly to combating the escaped prisoners, especially against 6022, whom Prism was finally able to take down after a long fight. Afterwards, Prism seemed to have become very closed-off and cold to most other personnel. She also refused to say any more than reiterating the events as she had witnessed them.
After the Pyre-Incident, Prism has placed herself entirely behind Warden Overseer Scribe and the announced changes to the Cell's policy. While not as active in terms of submitting requests, Prism seems to helping these changes take place. She also appears to be on better terms with the other SCUA members, especially the newer ones, than most other Wardens.

Warden Dossier SCUA-004
Codenames: Bark; Bite
Legal Names: Fuwawa Abyssguard; Mococo Abyssguard
Note: While individuals in their own right, Bark and Bite share a dossier for a number of reasons, as will become apparent below.
Description:
Both Bark and Bite appear as female demonic individuals of canine subnature, both being 1,55m (5'0,8'') in height. They are identical twins, having only a few differences which can be used to tell them apart. Both sport a set of ears and a tail of clear canine nature, with the same colouration as their hair, which appears as platinum blonde. While lacking horns, which tend to be typical for demonic individuals, Bark and Bite still possess the equally common claw-like nails, also having sharper teeth resembling those of a large canine.
The differences that have thus far been observed include different eye colour, as Bark has pink eyes and Bite light blue, as well as a slight difference in build. Bark seems to have a slight advantage in muscle and general body mass, while Bite displays slightly greater speed and agility. They are much more distinct in their attitudes, and seem to have taken to include the other's eye colour as their own colour to incorporate into their appearance and dressing styles.
General Attributes:
- Strength: Powerful (4)
- Toughness: Decent (3)
- Magic Resistance: Decent (3)
- Swiftness: Powerful (4)
- Magical Affinity: Adequate (2)
Abilities:
Bark and Bite have shown very impressive endurance and physical strength, above the standard for demonic individuals. They excel however in general speed and agility, being able to run for extended periods of time without problems. According to their demonic heritage, they have also shown innate resistances against fire, poison, and demonic magic.
From their canine nature, Bark and Bite seem to have mostly inherited enhanced senses, especially when it comes to hearing and smelling. While lacking a great Arcane Affinity, they are nonetheless capable of enhancing and reinforcing their bodies, as well as creating a pair of magical claw-weapons. These have shown themselves to be capable of great damage when used, though their wielders seem to be able to dull their impact when wanting to take a target in alive.
It is to be noted that Bark and Bite's favored fighting style relies on both being present. They are still a threat individually, owing to their impressive martial capabilities. However when fighting together they shown extraordinary teamwork, displaying a synchronisity that seems to be entirely instinctual. Combined with them seemingly emulating canine-typical hunting tactics of harassing and hounding an enemy to tire them out, they have proven exceptionally effective at subduing prisoners.
Position:
Bark and Bite were recruited by the Director after the Pyre-Incident, with no opposition from the Promised Council. They were also quickly assigned to the Special Containment Unit Advent as requested by Warden Overseer Scribe, who explained herself by stating their specialty would be beneficial for this team.
While Bark and Bite currently are the youngest members of SCUA, they have nonetheless proven themselves to be reliable and effective Wardens. Their team members have expressed their appreciation of Bark and Bite's abilities, while Warden Overseer Scribe has granted them a letter of recommendation.
Behavioral Record:
Bark and Bite haven't received any complaints from other personnel in regards to the handling of their duties, however, there have been a number of personal complaints. Most of these seem to indicate that both seem to be very energetic and mischievous when not on active duty. This seems to result, if the complaints are to be believed, in the disturbance of personal effects and personnel rooms. However, not only has it been difficult to investigate these matters, these complaints are not of high priority.
Bark and Bite both seem to agree with Warden Overseer Scribe's change in policy, vehemently defending it against other personnel who seek to criticize it. While these arguments have never gotten physical, a number of them ended when both of them started loudly barking to get the other side to be quiet. When interacting with prisoners, Bark and Bite are not amongst the most empathetic Wardens, however they display a general friendlieness and even playfulness, especially when it is being reciprocated by the prisoner.
While a few voices claim that Bark and Bite do not seem to take their duty seriously, typically in regards to their handling of prisoners, they have distinguished themselves well in the relatively short time of their service thus far.

By authority of Director Nimonae Ina'nis, invested with her power by the Promised Council, the following files have been released for the requested purpose and that purpose alone. All redacted sections have been decoded for this viewing.
Please be advised that the following documents still remain locked under Confidental Level Alpha. Any breach of security, which includes but may not be limited to the unauthorized spreading of any piece of information revealed hereafter, will carry appropriate punishments under the law layed out by the Promised Council.
The following documents contain extremely confidental reports about prisoners of the Cell. Each of them had to be imprisoned at great cost and none are harmless. Would information about even one leak out, there is no shortage of individuals or organizations who would attempt to free them. Whether that be for their personal benefit or simply to sow chaos and destruction, it does not matter. For any attempt sophisticated enough to reach the Cell may cause a chain reaction.
We trust in the Warden's abilities, yet this is a matter of simple realism. An attempt at jailbreak, no matter the initial target, could spiral into containment breaches for multiple prisoners, causing immense damage to the world if not recontained immediately. It is exactly for this reason that the Cell has been hidden by the abilities of the Warden of Time and Speaker of Space combined, protected by Wards created by Hope Descendant and Chaos Incarnate themselves.
As you read, do not allow yourself to feel sympathy for any of the prisoners. Keep your heart disciplined and your mind diligent as you peruse, discard any empathy you might have.
Remember, no matter their character, they are all here for a reason.
-Warden Overseer Arbitrator (Deceased, Personal Statement Pending Rewriting By Current Warden Overseer Scribe)
