“Wait– The others don’t know that I’m here?” Nerissa questioned, eyes wide in realization before she quickly glanced over at the door of the room. Just as she was about to tap into her demon powers to try and see what the others were doing, she felt a gentle hand on her shoulder. Despite flinching on instinct, Nerissa let the hand stay even as it tightened, looking over at Raora to see her eyes glowing a bright blue and flicking across the room.
“Gigi is in her room with Cecilia, and Elizabeth is busy with paperwork. Like they have been since I snuck you in here.” Raora told her reassuringly, as if she could tell what the other was worrying about.
